China Unicom, SK Telecom to Co-Purchase CDMA Mobile Phones

China's ZTE has inked a deal with Copper Valley Wireless, one of the leading mobile carriers in US Alaska, to provide Cooper Valley Wireless with high-speed CDMA2000 equipment. The Alaskan carrier will use the equipment for its wireless data service slated for the first quarter of 2007. No financial details have been furnished as to the deal.
